Connect to Glowhiz
Keep your ring close to your phone and turn on Bluetooth. Open Glowhiz and tap the ring status at the top right. Choose your Glowhiz ring from the list and follow the prompts to connect. Allow Bluetooth access when asked.
Keep your records up to date
Keep your ring near your phone while syncing. If your records have not appeared, check the connection, battery and app permissions. Visit Support if you need a hand.
Your records and privacy
You can use Glowhiz without creating a Glowhiz account. Read our Privacy Policy for information about your records, permissions and deletion.
