1. Agreement
By accessing Glowhiz or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Wellness purpose
Glowhiz provides general wellness, reflection, activity, sleep, and mindfulness features. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, or emergency service. Information shown by the app may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Seek qualified professional care for medical decisions and emergencies.
3. Compatible devices and availability
Some features require a compatible smart ring, Bluetooth, permissions, a supported platform, or an internet connection for public resources. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature as the product develops. We do not promise that every feature works with every ring, phone, firmware, or operating-system version.
4. Your content
You keep responsibility for the text, photos, videos, and voice recordings you create or import. Do not use Glowhiz to store or share content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or unsafe. Glowhiz's current app stores this content locally; when you choose an operating-system share or export action, the selected recipient or service controls what happens next.
5. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, reverse engineer the vendor ring SDK, bypass access controls, use the service to harm others, or misrepresent wellness information as medical advice. You are responsible for protecting access to your phone and for reviewing the ring you select during pairing.
6. Intellectual property
Glowhiz, its software, visual identity, text, and product materials are owned by or licensed to MINDARAE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are transferred.
7. Third-party services
Glowhiz may rely on Apple, Google, the smart-ring manufacturer, operating-system sharing tools, and public resource hosting. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, Glowhiz is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for decisions made solely from app information, loss caused by a device or third-party service, or content shared by your choice. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
